Adventure World (Shirahama Town, Wakayama Prefecture) will be sponsoring and exhibiting a booth at “Rainbow Festa! 2024” to be held in Osaka and “Rainbow Festa Nachi Katsuura 2024” to be held in Nachi Katsuura. Through this activity, which aims to expand awareness of social issues related to sexual minorities, we hope to deepen social awareness of LGBTQ people among many people and provide an opportunity to reach out to those who are struggling with this issue alone. Hours Co., Ltd., which operates Adventure World, is working to create a more comfortable working environment, including enforcing in-house same-sex partnership regulations, eliminating gender-based grooming regulations, and holding in-house lectures.
