In October of last year, we held our first sports day-style in-house event, “The 1st NYNY Sports Day 2023,” with the aim of improving the lack of exercise among staff who have few opportunities to exercise on a daily basis, with hairdressers working in salons and headquarters working mainly at desks. I did. Because it was so popular, we held a second edition this year with the same format but with an increased number of competitive programs.
