In collaboration with Otonami, we are offering an original plan where you can reserve the hotel’s sushi restaurant “AWA SUSHI” and learn how to make hospitality sushi that goes well with champagne from executive chef Ayumi Abe. Based on the concept of “sushi that you can recreate at home”, you will be taught dishes such as box sushi, temari sushi, chirashi sushi, etc. that will brighten up your special day with seasonal themes. Additionally, enjoy a lunch course that includes Edomae sushi prepared by Mr. Abe, along with three types of champagne.
