(Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, President Masafumi Ise), will open a pastry and bakery shop on the second floor from Friday, November 1, 2024. “Le Temps” will begin accepting reservations for the Christmas cake “Un cadeau de Granvia ~A gift from Hotel Granvia Kyoto~” created with careful attention to the ingredients. Based on the concept of “Christmas present from Hotel Granvia Kyoto,” we have prepared a Christmas cake with a present box motif. The gift box uses Valrhona chocolate. When you lift up the chocolate, it’s filled with strawberry mille-feuille and so much Amaou that it spills over. You can eat the chocolate as it is, or you can enjoy it as a chocolate fondue by boiling it in hot water and using “Amaou”, making it a great way to liven up your Christmas time with your family and friends.
