In addition, it includes a review of materiality (important issues) that was implemented in fiscal 2023 as a reorganization of management issues toward the realization of the long-term vision “Good Foods 2030,” and measures to address related risks and opportunities. We provide an explanation of the three growth drivers of the Nissui Group and provide a more detailed explanation of our growth strategy. Nissui is publishing this report for the purpose of providing all
stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, with a deeper understanding of the Nissui Group’s medium- to long-term initiatives.
