We are pleased to announce that we have started accepting reservations for the restaurant “Restaurant Cathedreclat” and Takumi Terayama has been appointed as the head chef. The restaurant “Restaurant Cathedreclat” has a service concept of “Gastronomy where new different cultures intersect”, and it incorporates elements of Nagasaki’s traditional culture of Japanese, Chinese, and Orchid, while creating a sense of “newness” where different cultures intersect.
