The current utilization rate is
Approximately 40% of female employees utilize this service, although it varies by department. By the way, the “F” in “F’s House” refers to the “F” in “Female.” ・Welcome back system In order to ensure that employees returning to work after giving birth can work with peace of mind, we provide a dedicated welcome supporter to alleviate any concerns regarding work or psychological aspects. Additionally, on the first day of return, a welcome lunch will be held to provide an opportunity to share information and stimulate communication. ・Stork support system (infertility treatment support) As a system to support fertility efforts, we have established a system for female employees who have been with the company for one year or more to cover the costs of infertility treatment and to take time off. This system provides assistance with treatment costs, allows remote work and paid employment for treatment, and takes into account sudden hospital visits. ■Future movements From Kanako Konishi, Project Manager Planning and Sales Department Since the current system is scattered, we would like to clarify the usage image according to changes in life stages and work to connect the system. Additionally, as a system to support medium- to long-term career development, we believe it is important to increase opportunities for employees to consider their own life plans and careers. Of course, we are also preparing to expand our activities with “Eruboshi” and “Kurumin” in mind. At MAG, we want to be a presence that reassures our employees that it’s okay when they feel anxious about their health or changes in their life stage. Going forward, we will continue to create opportunities to share experiences both inside and outside the company and to create a better working environment. ■About Aquastar’s female employee composition (as of September 4, 2024) Total number of employees: 151 Number of female employees: 72 (48%) Percentage of people in L position (leader position) or above: 13 people (27%) Percentage of people in M position (manager position) or above: 3 people (16%) We will continue to strive to create a workplace environment where all employees can thrive with peace of mind. ●About Aquastar Co., Ltd.
