This is an event planned with this in mind. Outdoor gear comes in handy when lifelines such as electricity and gas suddenly become unavailable. In addition, the knowledge and experience of enjoying the outdoors, where you can enjoy food, clothing, and shelter, will be useful in the event of a disaster or emergency.
