[Purpose of this project] 1＞Support for eliminating child poverty disparity 2>Creating an environment for child-rearing and
parent-rearing where families raising children can feel at ease 3>Support for rebuilding mutual aid relationships centered on local nurturing functions 4>Support for food loss reduction Contribute to sustainable solutions to the above social issues in the Kanazawa area. Through the support of Kanazawa-produced ingredients to children’s cafeterias, this project will be realized through partnerships between companies and organizations in Kanazawa City. [Means of this project] ■Maximize the use of food loss ingredients (*) that are discarded during the production and distribution stages at the JA Kanazawa City Agricultural Products Direct Market, Hogarakamura Farm Direct Association * Discarded agricultural products that are deemed substandard at the production stage, and food items that are discarded without being sold because they are nearing the expiration date at the distribution stage.
