Hoshi Tsumugi no Mura General Incorporated Association November 6, 2024 Hoshi Tsumugi Village (General Incorporated Association, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Representative Directors: Koichi Atobe / Mariko Takahashi, hereinafter referred to as Hoshi Tsumugi Village) is co-hosting the Sora Tsumugi Executive Committee with the “Sora Tsumugi Festival Vol. 6 Delivered to Noto! ” will be held. “Sora Tsunagi” is an online project that solicits short videos of 2 minutes and 20 seconds or less that talk about stars and the sky on X (formerly Twitter), and allows everyone to share their feelings about the sky. In 2020, amidst the coronavirus pandemic, we started with the idea that “now is the time to look up at the sky.” We used Twitter to connect stories about the starry sky like a baton, and to bring together those who are far away and those who can’t meet in the sky. There was a project called “Sora Tsunagi” that was started with the aim of sharing our feelings for. “Sora Tsunagi” has been renewed into a form where more people can talk about their feelings for the sky and be connected through the sky. This is Vol. 6, a special edition that sends cheers to the people of Noto, who suffered great damage from the Noto Peninsula earthquake and heavy rain this year, and to Noto’s planetarium, the Ishikawa Prefecture Yanagita Star Observatory “Manten Star.” It will be held as With the theme “Delivery to Noto!”, we will be collecting “aerial tethering videos using photographic materials provided by ‘Mantenboshi'” and will deliver the desire to “look up into the sky together” to everyone in Noto.
