We will conclude an agreement regarding comprehensive collaboration utilizing sports (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). Osaka City’s Naniwa Ward has flourished as a commercial and industrial area since ancient times, and is a vibrant area that is home to Osaka’s leading tourist spots and pop culture. While the historic streets and downtown atmosphere remain, redevelopment has progressed in recent years, and it plays a role in Osaka’s tourism industry as a “town” where you can encounter new attractions every day. In addition, Naniwa Ward will continue to be selected as a “Livable City” despite its cultural appeal, and will implement four measures in fiscal 2022 in order to become a “city that residents can be proud of.” We have formulated the “Naniwa City Future Vision 2025” and are putting effort into its efforts. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) aims to contribute to regional revitalization by solving social issues through e-sports, and is engaged in the planning and operation of e-sports events and facility management (including partner stores). We are working on this. The e-Stadium Namba main store, which opened in August this year in Namba Parks, a commercial facility in Naniwa Ward, is an e-sports facility as well as a game creator school, where you can learn the knowledge necessary for the WEB3.0 era. We have developed the facility area as a place for education. Currently, it is used in a variety of fields, including as a place for extracurricular learning at nearby junior high schools, as a facility for attendance certification at “Diversified Learning Schools,” and as a facility that can help local governments and companies solve social issues.

The e-sports facility “e-Stadium Namba Main Store” operated by e-Stadium Co., Ltd. will be utilized to realize the four pillars of Naniwa-ku, Osaka City: “A community where children can raise their children with peace of mind and where children can learn actively.” We will provide an environment where children living in Naniwa Ward can learn the latest digital technology and digital literacy required in the WEB3.0 era through e-sports, and contribute to the development of the next generation of human resources who will carry the future of Naniwa Ward. As massive damage is expected to occur in the near future due to natural disasters such as the Nankai Trough Giant Earthquake and the Kamimachi Fault Zone Earthquake, Naniwa Ward is considering a division of roles between self-help, mutual assistance, and public assistance. We aim to establish a response system in the event of a disaster. Therefore, in order to raise disaster prevention awareness throughout the region, we conducted evacuation drills by realistically reproducing disaster situations in the metaverse space of e-sports. In addition to natural disasters, we will create the cityscape of Naniwa Ward in the Metaverse space, provide children with an opportunity to learn about dangerous places hidden in everyday life through e-sports, and cooperate in
strengthening crime prevention capabilities. ◆ Invigorate regional exchanges through e-sports and cooperate in realizing the well-being of residents (applicable fields: 2. 4. 5.)
