The syrup is made by adding juice and diced zest to whole minced yuzu to concentrate the flavor of yuzu. Furthermore, we added lemon juice and lemon mince from Seto Inland Sea for added freshness, and added aloe vera pulp to create a refreshing taste and create a drink with a fun texture. The refreshing acidity and moderate sweetness of yuzu goes well with burgers, and is also recommended as a drink with a value set menu. ●“Oshiruko (grain bean paste)” (400 yen) We will be selling Moss’ original oshiruko, which has become a fall/winter staple, again this year. Oshiruko is made with Hokkaido-produced azuki beans, which have a gentle and elegant sweetness, and is filled with a round mochi made from Hokkaido-produced “Hakuchomochi” glutinous rice. “Haku Chomochi” is suitable for take-out as it does not harden and remains soft for a long time.
