Through “new learning methods” that utilize drones and information science and technology, we aim to popularize the use of drones with an eye to future social infrastructure. The program is open to selected elementary school students, with 12 students in each group (1 team of 4 people, total of 3 teams). There are two types of AR markers that work with the drone: one for movement and one for scoring. In order to read the AR marker for scoring, the moving AR marker is read with a web camera and the drone is operated. There are several types of moving AR markers, and they move differently depending on the shape, such as up/down, left/right, or rotation. The system allows elementary school students to communicate, cooperate, and learn teamwork and thinking skills by using their minds and bodies through trial and error. 1.
