■About this seminar The labor shortage in the nursing care business is becoming more serious year by year due to the expanding demand for nursing care due to the declining birthrate and aging population, as well as the decreasing working population. In 2019, a new status of residence “Specified Skilled Worker” was established, and the active participation of foreign human resources including nursing care is expected to alleviate labor shortages in various fields, with 36,719* foreign human resources active in the nursing care field as of the end of June 2024. I’m doing it. On the other hand, the number of cases in Tochigi Prefecture remains at 395. The “Specified Care Skills Foreign Person Matching Project” aims to promote the entry of foreign care workers in Tochigi Prefecture, and is targeted at nursing care businesses within the prefecture that wish to accept foreign workers with specific care skills.We provide matching services from personnel introduction to acceptance. In addition to providing a scheme, it provides support for foreign human resources to become established members of the local community after working. As part of this project, we will be holding a free online seminar for nursing care providers in the prefecture to accept foreign human resources.
