The carrot mousse represents a sparkling bonfire in a fireplace. Banh Mi, a Vietnamese baguette sandwich, is accented with mustard-flavored steamed chicken and marinated red cabbage, as well as cumin and ginger, which are expected to have the effect of promoting blood circulation. For bagna cauda-style root vegetables, serve with hot sauce. 2nd plate Image

Mont Blanc, which means “white mountain” in French, is sprinkled with powdered sugar that resembles fresh snow. The chewy crepe is shaped like a blanket, and the richness of the mascarpone cream matches the sweetness of the berries. The tankan mousse, which resembles mandarin oranges on a kotatsu table, and the macarons, which are filled with crunchy pistachios, go perfectly with hot tea. Drink Coffee, tea, and herbal tea (hot and iced) are available.
