Tsukasa Yoda lecture information Aeon 1% Club, a public interest incorporated foundation, will hold the award ceremony and special lecture for the 22nd Junior High School Essay Contest on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at the Hamarikyu Asahi Hall Small Hall. The Junior High School Essay Contest has been held since 2003 with the aim of helping junior high school students develop their writing skills by summarizing their own thoughts on social issues related to the environment. In 2024, we received 7,512 entries from junior high school students across the country with the theme of “What I can do to combat climate change.” After a rigorous screening process, we will hold an awards ceremony and invite the 30 junior high school students and their parents who were selected to receive the award. In addition, after the awards ceremony, Tsukasa Yoda, a weather forecaster and judge of this competition, will give a lecture titled “What we can do about global warming.” 100 people will be randomly selected to attend the award ceremony and Tsukasa Yoda’s special lecture free of charge.
