The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has selected 15 companies that support employees’ autonomous career development as winners of the Good Career Company Award 2024. Along with the awards ceremony for this year’s award-winning companies, we will hold a symposium to introduce career development support initiatives, including general reviews, keynote speeches, and panel discussions by award-winning companies.
