The theme of this year’s 18th event is “NON-FICTION ~The truth is here~.” On November 17, 2024, J-Workout Co., Ltd. (Koto-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Takutoshi Isa), which operates Japan’s first training gym specializing in spinal cord injuries, announced that “I want to be able to walk again someday” and “I want to be able to walk a little more than I am now.” “KNOW NO LIMIT,” an annual event to support people who want to get better, will be held again this year. Since its founding in 2007, this event has been held as a place for members to showcase their daily training results. This is the 18th time, and for the first time, we have received the support of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and Koto Ward, and we aim to please not only our members but also those interested in improving their physical condition. The main focus of the event will be members (six people representing Tokyo/Osaka/Fukuoka studios) who are working hard on training even though their recovery may not be as dream-like as they challenge the limits of what they can do to re-walk, such as “taking a few steps.” A stage for serious competition. Please take a look at the
presentation plan that explains the training content and changes that have been accumulated. The booth exhibits include a hands-on experience with the robot suit HAL by CYBERDYNE, consultations on regenerative medicine at a clinic, and individual consultations (advance reservations required) with a skin and excretory care certified nurse. In addition, we will provide Red Bull gifts and a kitchen car for visitors. Please feel free to come by wheelchair and enjoy this once-a-year event starring people with spinal cord injuries! [From Representative Isa. Reason for continuing the event for 18 years】 The path to walking again for people with spinal cord injuries is a series of small steps. He must continue to take on the challenge himself, working hand-in-hand with his fellow trainers, family members, and loved ones, but since the changes are so small, he is determined, “I definitely want to be able to walk one day!” Even those who have done so may feel lost at times. Therefore, I would like you to set a goal of participating in the walking demonstration stage once a year, and increase your motivation by feeling the small changes and sharing your joy with your supporters. Furthermore, I hope that the way they give their all during the actual event will move the hearts of other members and those who are watching the event for the first time, and spread the passion that “I want to change myself” and “I can do it too!” . With an unwavering belief that such a positive and bright stage is necessary, our employees have been planning and executing the project themselves since its founding. Every year, we make
improvements to make the event even better than the previous year.

Founder Jun Watanabe (passed away at the age of 29) was inspired by the spinal cord injury accident of his friend and current leader Takutetsu Isa, and with a strong determination to “make his friend walk again”, he acquired specialized skills at Project Walk in the United States. In 2007, Project Walk was allowed to take its technology overseas for the first time since its founding, and opened J-Workout, Asia’s first training gym specializing in spinal cord injuries, in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The steady and steady results gained a reputation, and in 2010, the company expanded and relocated to Toyosu. In January 2015, the studio expanded to Kiba and opened an Osaka studio in August of the same year. In March 2019, the company opened Japan’s first self-service fitness gym for wheelchair users within its headquarters, creating a buzz. In April 2020, we opened our third store, Fukuoka Studio. There are 426 members between the ages of 6 and 87. (As of October 2024) [Official website/account] ◆Official website https://j-workout.com/ ◆Youtube
