It was also selected as a “Municipal SDGs Model Project” and was double selected. In the “SDGs Future City” proposed by Shinagawa Ward, The overall plan, which aims to create a prosperous and sustainable Shinagawa Ward under the theme of “From the perspective of well-being – A new era of SDGs Shinagawa that grows together with children,” was highly praised and received the award. With this selection as an opportunity, Shinagawa Ward will further refine the environment in which people can give birth and raise children with peace of mind, as well as promote the development of a city where each individual can feel a sense of well-being, and realize a sustainable society where “no one is left behind.” We have declared that we aim to Therefore, this year’s Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration Forum will be held with the cooperation of companies in the ward, schools in the ward,
entrepreneurs, etc., in order to gain a broad understanding of the city that Shinagawa ward aims to become. I have decided to do so. We are looking forward to your participation from both inside and outside of Shinagawa City!
