A special version of Marche will be held on November 24th (Sunday) at ukafe (@ukafe.info), which is operated by total beauty company uka (@instauka, @ukacojp). At ukafe, which aims to be a cafe that is good for both the body and the earth, marche is held on the second Saturday and Sunday of every month. This month we have changed the schedule and have a special version! It will be held on Sunday, November 24th. At this Marche, we will not only be selling Kanichi Saito’s vegetables, but we will also be holding a pop-up event called “Thai Bites” where you can enjoy Thai food and alcohol. Marika Kai, a model and actress with roots in Thailand, and Edaa, a Thai chef who trained at a Thai restaurant in Tokyo and on Koh Samui in southern Thailand, have created a slightly unusual menu that is hard to find in Japan. A pop-up event by “Thai Bites”, a unit that serves Thai food. With the theme of “Thai food that makes you beautiful from the inside out,” we will be serving Thai food that uses all the pesticide-free seasonal vegetables from producer Kanichi Saito in Sammu City, Chiba
