(Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, President and CEO: Isamu Nohara) has released a new product, “Kabosu and Yuzu Flavored Ponzu”, at all Watahan Super Center stores.

As the name suggests, “Kabosu and Yuzu Flavored Ponzu” uses the citrus juice of Kabosu and Yuzu, and by mixing and blending citrus fruits, it has a rich aroma without using any fragrances. We use the currently available PB domestic whole soybean soy sauce, which goes very well with citrus juice, as the flavor base. The developer himself tested the product many times, changing the type of soy sauce and the mixing ratio, and came up with the most delicious combination with a citrus scent. Great for grilled fish, hot pot dishes, shabu-shabu, gyoza, sashimi, and cold tofu! It is well-balanced and goes well with a variety of dishes. Please give it a try.
