Ryukyu Golden Kings
Report of retired players

“Thank you for always supporting the Ryukyu Golden Kings.” We would like to inform you that #42 Jay Washington has left the Ryukyu Golden Kings. We extend our gratitude to Washington for his contributions and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

Team comment

We acquired Washington for participation in the EASL (East Asian Super League), anticipating a different style of play from the domestic league. However, as EASL games were progressively canceled, Washington’s playtime decreased. Although he did not have the opportunity to participate in B.LEAGUE games, we are deeply thankful for his positive attitude and contribution to the team. We are also proud that Washington has recognized the Ryukyu Golden Kings as the best club he has been part of during his nearly 20-year career. We wish him the best for his future.
