People with disabilities employed by companies work in office spaces equipped with cultivation equipment for herbs, leafy vegetables, edible flowers, etc., and are engaged in selecting and growing cultivars. The cultivated crops are subjected to secondary processing such as herbal tea according to the purpose of each company, and are used as novelties for sales and recruitment activities and as welfare benefits to employees. IBUKI’s facilities are staffed by employees with specialized knowledge in supporting the employment of people with disabilities, providing a safe working environment.

I think this is a very good initiative, and I will continue to support it. ・I felt it was a comfortable environment because I grew herbs indoors. I would be happy if IBUKI’s vegetables and herbs were more readily available. ・My family works at IBUKI, and I was curious about what kind of work they do. IBUKI was very clean and the staff at the starting line were kind and I felt relieved that we were able to work at such a place as a family. By exhibiting at the Nakagawa Machinaka Market and allowing people to experience herbs made with IBUKI in various ways, we will help local residents learn about IBUKI as an option for working for people with disabilities. It was an opportunity. We would like to thank the companies using IBUKI YOKOHAMA FARM4 and the Nakagawa Ekimae Commercial District Promotion Association for their cooperation in exhibiting. We will continue to work closely with the local community and work to contribute to the local community.
