We will continue to take our beloved sushi seriously and work diligently, honestly, and sincerely to deliver delicious sushi to our customers.  From November 13th (Wednesday), the king of tuna, “hon tuna,” the new “rich sea urchin,” and large portions of green onion tuna will be available. “Hontuna Chutoro” is characterized by a balance of sweetness from the fat, umami from the lean meat, and a hint of acidity, and through careful purchasing by Sushiro’s buyers, it is now available for 110 yen (tax included). “Omori Negi Tuna Gunkan” is made so that the graininess of the tuna remains, making it easier to feel the flavor of the tuna and giving it a rich texture. We will provide you with a price. The medium tuna tuna and large Negi Tuna Gunkan will be on sale until November 19th (Tuesday). Sushiro’s “rich sea urchin wrap”, which Sushiro proudly procures, uses sea urchin caught this season and is characterized by its rich flavor and melty texture.Since it is served in a wrap, you can enjoy the sea urchin directly.
