Information dissemination space “Annex Aoyama”/Zen retreat “Zenbo Yasuning” Zazen/meditation Shikisha Pasona Group (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and Group Representative Yasuyuki Nanbu) is holding an event called “Tsunagaru Wellness Plaza” to soothe the mind and body during breaks from work, mainly for people working in the Aoyama/Omotesando area. The event will be held from November 13th (Wednesday) to November 14th (Thursday) at the information dissemination space “Annex Aoyama” (Minami Aoyama, Tokyo). In recent years, with changes in work and lifestyles, individuals and companies have become increasingly interested in “well-being”*1. Therefore, in this event, we will recreate the Zen retreat facility “Zenbo Seinei” on Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture, in a metaverse space, and use VR goggles to experience a highly immersive meditation experience with images and sounds.
