Therefore, Naru Tech wanted to create a place to share solutions to problems with business partners who aspire to regional revitalization. We will use Akita Arts Theater Milhas as a venue to present research results to solve problems in depopulated areas and propose initiatives that will be passed on to the next generation. Purpose of Naru Fes 2024 The purpose of Naru Fes 2024 is defined as follows. A case study of thinking about a new “local” from Higashinaruse This is a place to deepen each other’s understanding of new forms of “local” and possibilities, using case studies of the practices and results of solving problems in Akita and Higashinaruse. “I would like everyone to know and enjoy the surprising true story that is happening in a village deep in the mountains of Akita. There are various human dramas that will make you laugh and cry, and most of all, it is filled with hints that (may) change society from a small village.
