What was particularly impressive at the summit? Mr. Yamaguchi: “It’s hard to say which one was most impressive. All the content and encounters were wonderful.The lectures were also very interesting. If I had to choose one, I would say that the most appealing thing is the concentration of the meeting.The opportunity to talk with 12 people who have
decision-making authority over two days is unique, and unlike any other event. It’s an experience you can’t get. What I think is important in meetings is understanding and listening to the other person’s needs. I believe that the number and frequency of interviews is important in order to increase customer understanding. I’m also grateful that I can concentrate on listening to clients over two days, allowing them to deepen their understanding of client insights in a short period of time and efficiently. Rather than listening to one person every month and taking a year to deepen your understanding, being able to listen to 12 people all at once in two days allows you to obtain a large amount of information to understand their needs at that time.
