About the Human Resources Library The Human Resources Library is based on the concept of “Opening up the future through learning with colleagues,” and has been well-received as a place where people involved in human resources work can deepen their learning together without feeling isolated. Since opening, in addition to expanding our library of books, we have also focused on providing a variety of content, including seminars and a Slack community. Recently, we have further expanded the content for online members, and the number of interested people from local areas is increasing. As these activities expand, we are also receiving attention from the media. For example, in October, it was published in “New R25”, and in November, it is also appearing on “Radio NIKKEI”. We will continue to increase opportunities for more people to learn about the Human Resources Library and expand the circle of learning with our colleagues.
