To commemorate Saitama Prefectural Citizen’s Day, we will be holding the [Saitama Prefecture Fair] at Good Sauna Chofu Kokuryo in Chofu City, neighboring Tokyo! For this event, we are using Sayama tea and chili peppers that are out of shape and do not meet normal shipping standards, as well as those that have been harvested for agricultural use. This event was planned as an environmentally friendly initiative that will help reduce food loss, as well as to convey the feelings of producers and encourage people to cherish agricultural products.
