Demonstration Experiment Office DXC Technology Japan Co., Ltd. Provides congestion visualization system Hitachi, Ltd. Demonstration Experiment Advisory Yamato Motor Transport Co., Ltd. Questionnaire survey/system evaluation ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Co., Ltd. Providing demonstration experiment equipment (3) Past efforts and future Similar demonstration experiments were conducted at Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit and Shinagawa Station Takanawa Exit to verify needs. The trial results showed that more than 80% of customers and taxi operators expressed a desire to use an app that provides information on the congestion status of station taxi stands, and we received a high level of interest. We have also received feedback from customers who are looking forward to expanding the service to other stations, so we have decided to conduct a demonstration experiment at multiple stations and multiple platforms. Through demonstration experiments, we will examine needs and behavioral changes in other areas, as well as examine new issues based on last year’s demonstrations. Based on the results of this demonstration experiment, we will continue to consider future social implementation.
