■ARI improved the international Japanese culture dissemination site to a UI/UX that can be used overseas. Significantly increase the number of accesses! As part of its cultural and artistic exchange programs, the Japan Foundation has been developing measures to promote Japanese films in countries around the world. In 2022, due to the coronavirus pandemic, an event will be held online called “JFF INDEPENDENT CINEMA” to introduce mini theaters that support the basis of Japanese film culture and distribute independent films. It has been decided that “JFF INDEPENDENT CINEMA 2023” will be held in 2023. ARI supported the construction of a special website in English and Japanese that spotlights the new mini-theaters that have been born since the 2000s, using a UI/UX design that can be used overseas. A project to build a special site will start in May 2023. After a competitive bidding process, ARI presented a design proposal from an early stage, and after repeated refinements, three months later, in August 2023, the design was simple and easy to use, and created a movie theater-like atmosphere through a browser. A post featuring Asian movie influencers received 69,000 likes and account followers increased from 7,500 to 10,700.
