Participants will deepen their knowledge in a fun quiz format, experience the difficulty of actually extracting sesame oil, and learn about the difficulty of manufacturing. When making original sauces, students will research and develop their own recipes using syringes and beakers, present them to their lab mates, and even sample them. The program began in 2022, and has been held irregularly while improving its content little by little. So far, it has created opportunities for approximately 600 children to experience food education. ■Event overview [Time] 1st grade: 2nd-3rd period
