We believe that it is necessary to develop a system for accepting foreign human resources with a view to actively utilizing them, and in June 2023 we have opened the Narita Hospitality Academy, a specialized facility specializing in
post-arrival training. This academy will contribute to the development of human resources with a high level of hospitality by providing the optimal learning environment and training programs for foreign human resources, including foreign technical intern trainees. ■About the course content We offer a unique training program aimed at developing human resources with a high level of hospitality, supervised by the MyStays Hotel Group, which operates various types of accommodation facilities throughout Japan. The content is not only a legal course in Japanese and other languages, but also teaches the spirit and culture of Japanese hospitality, and aims to help you acquire knowledge and specialized skills as a hotel staff member. The hotel skills and knowledge program is longer than a typical legal course, resulting in a comprehensive 176-hour program. ■An environment for acquiring hotel skills and knowledge Training scene (restaurant service training) To ensure a smooth start to hotel training, we have introduced restaurant service training supervised by the MyStays Hotel Group. The content of the lecture will be 4 hours of training on the basics of restaurant service, beverages, Western food, Japanese food, buffets, and restaurant terminology. In addition to learning the flow of Japanese food, which is part of Japanese culture, you will also learn the basics of Japanese restaurant service and customer service, such as the use of Japanese and Western tableware and how to serve them. *OFF-JT will be conducted after the training after entering Japan
