King Jim Co., Ltd. Press release: November 13, 2024 Report on the possibility of fire in the AC adapter attached to the label printer “Tepra” Grand WR1000 and notice of free replacement. We would like to inform you again about the collection and free replacement that has been implemented since November 2019 regarding the AC adapter included with the label printer “Tepra” Grand WR1000 sold by King Jim Co., Ltd. On November 1, we received a report from the fire department that the fire that occurred on October 28, 2024 may have been caused by an unrecovered defective AC adapter. Considering the safety and security of our customers as our top priority, we would like to once again inform you about the collection and free replacement of AC adapters with the relevant serial numbers (hereinafter referred to as “target AC adapters”). If you own an affected AC adapter, please stop using it immediately and return it according to the collection method below. Please note that the label printer “Tepra” Grand WR1000 is currently discontinued. We sincerely apologize for the great concern and inconvenience this has caused to our customers and related parties, and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
