There are expectations for business acceleration (open innovation), and various startups and major companies have been matched in the past. As a new form of collaboration between startups and major companies, the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry is looking for major companies that have internal and external networks, a variety of knowledge and know-how, and the ability to take action, and are able to smoothly coordinate internally and externally. Focusing on “cross-border human resources”, we are focusing on mid-level employees (cross-border human resources) who are in charge of new businesses and innovations of major Kansai companies, and startups (J-Startups).
