anticipation of market changes: We will evaluate cases that have contributed to the development of human resources that support sustainable growth in preparation for future market changes. 2. Promoting diversity and creating an inclusive organization: We are looking for initiatives that use digital technology to respect diversity and create a workplace environment where all employees can thrive. 3. Building organizations that are resilient to change: We will evaluate cases that have attempted to build organizations that can respond to rapid changes and make quick decisions. 4. Improving employee engagement and performance: We are looking for examples of initiatives to improve engagement with the aim of reducing turnover and improving productivity. 5. Solving human and organizational issues using AI: We will evaluate advanced initiatives that utilize AI to address organizational issues. 6. Redefining the role of HR and strengthening collaboration between departments: We are looking for examples of how the HR department collaborated with other departments to fulfill new roles and support the entire organization. Review process and criteria: First, excellent examples will be selected through a written review based on the entry sheet, and the selected companies and organizations will be asked to submit a presentation review at the JAPAN HR DX AWARDS 2024 FINAL, which will be held in Tokyo in February 2025. Award-winning companies will be evaluated based on the following criteria: – Strategic: Collaboration with corporate vision and management strategy – Problem-solving ability: solutions to the gap between clear goals and the current situation – Utilization of digital technology: Contribution of digital tools and AI – Effectiveness and impact: the impact the measures had on the organization and employees – Reproducibility: Is this an initiative that can be used as a reference by other companies?
