From 1937 to 1945 in Fujimino City, there was a factory called “Tokyo First Army Arsenal Kawagoe Factory (Fireworks)” that manufactured bombs and bullets used in the war. There was. The site is approximately 550,000 square meters, approximately the size of 12 Tokyo Domes, and the site is currently home to City Hall, Uenodai Elementary School, Fukuoka Junior High School, Fukuoka Central Park, residences, and private companies.  Next year, 2025, will mark the 80th anniversary of the end of the war.
