The art gallery cafe “WHAT CAFE” operated by Warehouse Terada Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President: Kohei Terada) will be open from Saturday, December 14th to Wednesday, December 25th, 2024. Until then, we will be holding WHAT CAFE EXHIBITION vol.39 “Emerging Directors & Curators U40”. The “Emerging Directors & Curators U40” (hereinafter referred to as “EDC U40”) exhibition is a group of gallery directors and curators under the age of 40 who are active in the art industry, and introduces artists and their works that they have carefully selected from their respective perspectives. It’s an exhibition. The EDC U40 exhibition aims to create a platform for these energetic and innovative generations to play an active role, and with the theme of “Our Era,” 15 Tokyo-based directors and curators will be artists. We will select one person at a time and configure the exhibition space.
