Lite” in October 2024. ■Background of the introduction of BizRobo! The Nanzankai operates psychiatric hospitals, welfare facilities, and other businesses with the goal of “creating a world where everyone can feel happy through the power of medical care, welfare, and nursing care.” Nanzan-kai believes that only by creating an environment where employees can work with enthusiasm can we provide happiness to the local people who use our businesses and realize our purpose. However, the medical industry is facing the 2024 problem of work style reform for doctors*1 and the 2025 problem*2 of a rapid decline in the working-age population.
