Representative: Kang Heran] is a kimchi specialty store that has continued to challenge new food culture with traditional manufacturing methods handed down from generation to generation since its
establishment in 1960. Ran`s Kitchen” held a “Parent-Child Cooking Class” on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Korean cooking workshop for parents and children “Let’s make chumoppa and yakwa and write your name in Hangul!” In commemoration of “November 3rd Culture Day”, we held a cooking class to introduce Korean culture. Chumoppa has now become a popular dish in Japan. In Korean, “jumo” means fist and “pa” means rice. A simple and delicious menu that combines your favorite ingredients and rice. The ingredients this time are (green beans, sausage, corn, pickled radish, salmon flakes, Korean seaweed, and crab sticks). Children choose the ingredients themselves, mix them with rice, and wrap them in plastic wrap. They enjoyed mixing and wrapping it themselves! The chumoppas I wrapped myself were all different sizes, but they were all the best!

Knead flour, bake, and finish with syrup. This time, I’m going to make a recipe with a gentle taste that doesn’t use cinnamon or cooking wine, especially for children. Children and mothers were having fun making shapes with smiling faces.
