This is a Reiwa travel suspense story in which Shusaku Dojo, a former Metropolitan Police Department coroner played by Tsuyoshi Naito, gets involved in an incident while traveling with a notebook left behind by his late wife. We asked Naomi Zaizen, who plays Naho Hidaka, and Yuhiro Murata, who plays Kazuto Kubo, who hold the key to this story, about their thoughts on this work, what it was like on set, and their impressions of Naito, who plays the lead role. Ta.

Naho, who I played, has the strength of a mother, but she also has the strength of having to protect the tea plantation left by her late husband on her own. I think the main focus of this work is “parents and children.” As a tea master, I had many tea scenes, and the scent was very good, and the scent of the tea leaves alone, the scent after adding hot water, and the scent after combining (gogumi) were completely different, so it was very I thought it was profound. When I drank it, the aftertaste was very good. It was interesting to see how different tea blends could be created depending on the group. Horikawa Taiyo-kun, who plays the role of the son Haruto, has a rustic side in a good way, and he has ambition, so I think he’s an interesting kid. When we weren’t filming, we shared ramen and polar bears and went on a parent-child date (lol). Mr. Naito is a director with a stable presence, as well as acting. Most of my conversations with Mr. Naito were about acting (lol). I realized once again that I really love acting. Also, Mr. Naito is a sunny man, but during filming it was a beautiful day with not a cloud in the air and it was very hot… I said, “There’s always a time when it’s sunny.” (LOL) Well, I’m also a sunny woman. Recently, there are a lot of 2-hour dramas that are being rebroadcast, but here’s a revised edition of “The new movie I’ve been waiting for!” I would be happy if you could enjoy watching it while enjoying the scenery of Ibusuki and Chiran, the tea, and the scent of Honkarebushi. [Yuhiro Murata comment] Role: Kazuto Kubo A former colleague of Dojo (Takashi Naito) from his time at the Metropolitan Police Department. Ten years ago, he quit his job as a detective for some reason and now works as a factory manager at a bonito flakes factory in Ibusuki.

This is like a 2 hour drama. In addition to the story that clearly shows the elements of human drama, this work also allows you to enjoy scenic views and local gourmet food. I think it’s great to get information about the area in a drama. I’ve known Naito-san for a long time and he’s my senior, but I was happy to be able to work with him after a long time. During meals and between filming sessions, we talked endlessly about how much fun we would have for the viewers, and what lines we should use to convey the emotional flow. I hope that everyone who has been waiting for the 2-hour drama, as well as those who are watching it for the first time, will enjoy the scenery and gourmet food of Ibusuki, Kagoshima, while thinking about who the culprit is. Please take a look.

Dojo Shusaku, who goes on a journey with his late wife in mind, asks his former colleague Kazuto Kubo (Yuhiro Murata) from his time at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. Ten years ago, Kubo quit his job as a detective for some reason and worked at a bonito flakes factory in Ibusuki, where he made the local specialty, “honkarebushi.” Dojo visits a factory where he unexpectedly comes into contact with memories of his late wife. His journey to the dojo changes completely when he meets Naho Hidaka (Naomi Zaizen), a Chiran tea farmer and tea master.
