Paired with a special shrimp chili sauce based on American sauce made with spiny lobster shells and miso. Hong Kong, once a British colony, was influenced by British food culture, and many dishes using puff pastry and tart dough were created. This dish is an homage to that, and is a special dish with a touch of Christmas. Enjoy the crispy pie crust and springy spiny lobster with plenty of rich chili sauce.

It is slowly pasteurized at a low temperature and finished with oil to give it a crispy texture. The sauce to go with it is a creamy sauce made with fermented milk, a fermented seasoning, and onions.
