Why did you choose “Ishii meatballs” as the side dish this time? A. When we were considering a “meatball bento”, we received many requests from those around us, “If that’s the case, we’d like you to use Ishii’s meatballs!” For adults, it is a standard lunch box from childhood, and we decided on this collaboration because we thought that many people would feel nostalgic and want to try it for the first time in a while. This is actually the first time that Ishii’s meatballs have collaborated with bento boxes. When we first proposed the idea, there were concerns that it would be difficult to realize it due to price and shelf life, but after numerous
verifications, we were able to realize it at a price of 322 yen (tax included). . Q. What kind of person do you want to eat it? A. We want people who ate Ishii’s Meatballs and Marushin Hamburg Steaks when they were children, and mothers who used them to make lunch boxes and rice, to eat them with a nostalgic feeling.
