(Headquarters: Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, President: Tatsuya Yoda) operates Seibu Chichibu Ekimae Onsen Matsuri no Yu (Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture) and Kanetsu Expressway Kamisato Service Area (Outbound Line) (Saitama Prefecture Upper) Sato-machi) will use and develop “Fukaya green onions” for the purpose of popularizing local agricultural products between November 21, 2024 (Thursday) and February 26, 2025 (Wednesday). 15 original menu items Sold at 2 facilities and 8 stores Event “Fukaya Negi Fair” will be held. At this event, you can enjoy a number of original menus created by the chef, such as using it not only as an ingredient for standard soba and udon noodles, but also as a topping for kakiage with plenty of Fukaya green onions and Genoa-style salt ramen. In addition to selling souvenirs and Fukka-chan goods using Fukaya green onions, from November 21st (Thursday), customers who order the applicable menu at each store will receive a free gift on a first-come, first-served basis. We have also prepared a plan to give away “1 bag of Fukaya green onions” for a limited number of servings (total of 200 servings).
