(Shimosuwa Town, Suwa District, Nagano Prefecture, President and CEO Yoshihiro Hayashi) holds an annual winter miso special in Shimosuwa Town, where its head office is located, and Iijima Town, where its production base, Iijima Green Factory, is located. We will be holding a sales event. As a company operating in Nagano Prefecture, we would like to express our gratitude to the local community by introducing the popular new genre of miso “CRAFT MISO Raw Kouji”, which is based on the concept of “tasting it as is”, and in 2019.
