“wa-syu” is a brand run by Jun Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo / President: Susumu Sasaki) that proposes the enjoyment of Japanese wine, and is an event that combines culture and Japanese wine. “Culture Japan Wine” (hereinafter referred to as “this event”) will be held at “TRUNK (HOTEL) CAT STREET” in Shibuya, Tokyo on Sunday, December 15, 2024. The theme of this second installment is “Jazz”, with Mr. Mayu Saito, brewer in charge of Kisvin Winery, a winery in Enoyama, Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, and Toshio Matsuura, a DJ who leads the club jazz scene. A special session will be held for one night only. In addition to the three brands of Kisvin Winery’s wines that are reserved in advance, you can also enjoy several different types of wine that can be ordered at the bar counter on the day. Mr. Saito has loved jazz since he was a child, and loves jazz so much that he himself does jazz vocals as a hobby.
