Born in a soy sauce shop that has been in business for 100 years. During his university years, he studied abroad in Switzerland and traveled to more than 20 countries including Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, and North America, experiencing first-hand the history, climate, and originality of each region. On the other hand, I interned at a miso and soy sauce brewery in Akita Prefecture. After graduating from university, he worked for a medical device manufacturer and was in charge of marketing. After that, he admired the creative world of bartending and joined “The SG Club” in 2021. Won the first prize in the cocktail competition he participated in for the first time, “CAMPARI RED HANDS ASIA 2024 Japan Tournament”.
