Bar Manager Sebastian Viguera Sebastian Viguera is from Santiago, Chile. His journey into mixology began with his encounter with pisco sours, which are rooted in the rich local tradition. Since the age of 17, I have been researching mixology and wine while traveling around the world, including New York, Miami, Rome, Lyon, and Jalisco.
