The “Cat Comic Newcomer Award” is held by the Comic Essay Editorial Department of KADOKAWA Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Director, Representative Executive Officer, President and CEO: Tsuyoshi Natsuno). We are recruiting works for the 4th time at X.
