An animation that brings laughter with the theme of diversity. CRAZY COCO’s Takeru Nishimoto (Super Size Me) takes on voice acting for the first time! A new animation by vocational school students, “In a Corner of Golden Gai”, which was born from an internship program provided by Salamander Co., Ltd., will start streaming on YouTube from December 26th! This work was completed by the students who participated in the internship, who were in charge of storyboards, original drawings, videos, backgrounds, and photography, gaining experience in
professional settings. The students involved in the production each worked on one episode at a time, trying to draw and express themselves in a way that made use of their individuality while balancing their studies.

Set in a modern society where diversity is valued, this is a story that comically depicts the misunderstandings caused by various “differences” such as gender, age, and occupation. Even though it focuses on a serious theme, you can watch it in a relaxed manner. The voice actors include CRAZY COCO and Takeru Nishimoto (Super Size Me) from Yoshimoto Kogyo, and they deliver exquisite dialogue. Please enjoy the animation created through a collaboration between a professional comedian and an intern student.
